Counseling for Residents of Westchester County, New York
Virtual telehealth across New York State. No commute, same care.
Counseling for Westchester County
Westchester County clients schedule sessions from Yonkers, White Plains, New Rochelle, Mount Vernon, Scarsdale, and Tarrytown, and virtual care keeps every one of those communities equally close to a licensed clinician. Many clients here come in for couples counseling or gender affirmation services, often fitting a session around a New York City commute. Sessions are conducted on a HIPAA-secure video platform, so there is no Metro-North or Bronx River Parkway drive on either end of an appointment. Meghan Cobham, MHC-LP, is provisionally licensed in New York State and practices under the supervision of Ryan Sforza, LMHC-D. The full range of services, from individual therapy to couples counseling to gender affirming care, is available on the same terms as anywhere else in the state.
